Vanson Leathers Inc., is a manufacturer of high quality garments. Our garments are considered by many to be above the standard of quality in
the garment industry. We stand behind our products and we are committed to our customer’s satisfaction.
RETURN POLICY
Before returning any merchandise you should contact us at 1-508-678-2000 or by email to vanson@vansonleathers.com (calls preferred) to obtain a
RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number).
No merchandise would be accepted without exhibiting a RMA# on the outside of the returned package.
1. Products ordered online by our Internet Customers will be accepted in return for a full refund, including shipping charges, for any of the
following reasons:
A) The item is defective.
B) The item received is not the ordered item.
C) The item differs in specifications from the item displayed in our web site.
D) Notification within 10 days from receipt of garment.
2. If Customer ordered a standard production garment in a size that does not fit, customer is entitled to Exchange the garment for the
same style, in the correct size. Customer should obtain an RMA number before returning the garment. Customers must notify Vanson within 10
working days of receipt of garment.
3. Returns on obsolete and sale items can be exchange for another garment of the same dollar value or customer can pay the difference for
a higher priced garment. In some circumstances certain items will be marked as "Final Sale" in this case no exchanges will be made. These items
will be discounted but with the understanding that once purchased no return or exchanges will be accepted.
4.Custom orders are not refundable.
5. Returns will be accepted by Vanson Leathers Inc., only when Customer has notified Vanson Leathers Inc., no later than ten (10) days
after receit of the order. You must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Customer must take all necessary precautions, to
guarantee a prompt and safe delivery of the goods being returned to Vanson Leathers Inc. Goods must be returned in their original packaging,
and must not exhibit signs of being worn or mistreated. Damaged or worn products will not be accepted for return.
6.Any garment made in a non standard color, or any garment modified in anyway from standard in not returnable. It can only be repaired or
altered at the customer's expense.
Custom and Rush Orders
Custom Made Orders will be sent to production 24 hours after Customer receives our Order Confirmation. All custom orders must be
signed and be accompanied by a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced on your order. A rush service is available
for a 20% surcharge on the total price of the garment. This is intended to cover costs related to producing the garment within 15 working days.
However, this is not a guaranteed service and is dependant on our existing backlog when your order is received. In the event we are unable to
produce your item within the specified time, the rush charge will be refunded. Accurate measurements are your responsibility. Once we approve
your custom measurements Vanson will guarantee the fit. If any changes or alterations are required to the
garment, we must be notified within 10 days from the date received.
